Annual Livingstone Fall Fund Drive

The David Livingstone Fall Fund Drive is an annual PAC fundraiser that helps fund experiences to enrich our children’s learning and support our school goals. Donors will receive a tax receipt via email.

This year, funds raised will help support our kids in the classroom with literacy, virtual experiences and other needs that arise as we navigate our new normal at school and online.

Due to COVID-19, the Fall Fund Drive will be one of the main fundraisers for the 2020-21 school year.
Our Fall Fund Drive goal is to raise $15,000 (approximately $50 per student)

Donations are accepted online using the VSB's School Cash Online platform (specific link below).

The Fall Fund Drive will run until December 18, 2020. If you have questions, please contact livingstonepac@gmail.com.

Livingstone Spirit Wear - On sale until Dec 1st

Livingstone Spirit Wear is available again for a limited time to help us keep our school spirit alive.

Order by December 1st for delivery before the holidays.

Options now include masks and kids sweatpants to help your family get through the pandemic safely and comfortably. Hoodies, t-shirts (both adults and kids) and hats are also available.

Recycling drop off - Nov 13th - 8:45 - 9:15 am

Our next recycling drop off day will be November 13th. Bring your refundable containers to the shipping container with the mural on the north side of the school between 8:45 and 9:15 am.

Please remember to maintain a 2 m distance when waiting to drop items off.

School Recycling Program Restarting

Ever wonder what is in the shipping container with the David Livingstone Green mural? It is actually home to our long standing refundable container recycling PAC fundraiser, which will be re-starting on October 30th.

Starting Friday Oct 30 (because next Friday is a pro-D day) you can drop off your bags by the recycling container between 8.45am and 9.15am every other Friday.

Milk and milk substitute (soy, almond, oat) containers are not accepted. They can however by put in your Blue Box.

Thank You Video for Ms. Senior

Ms. Senior will be leaving us this week after 33 years at Livingstone. Due to Covid and the very short turnaround, we're putting together a little video surprise for her. If you would like to contribute a short video of your child giving a virtual hug and saying goodbye, please do so at the link below.

Parent Class reps needed for Divisions 6, 8, 9

Hi All, Interested in being a class rep for your child's class this year? Sign-up linked below.
Class Rep Role:
- Create a contact list for your division's parents
- Send out occaisional informational/reminder emails from the PAC
- Some class reps work with their teacher to help communicate classroom news
- Some class reps help organize group teacher gifts around the holidays or end of the year
