POPCORN is coming!!
This is a heads up that Popcorn sales will be up on the MunchaLunch website this weekend. This is the same site used to make Fun Lunch orders.
Please order before Thursday Sept 27 to purchase a card for the year for your kids! Each card is $15 which buys
9 bags over the course of the year. This is a one time opportunity to buy for the year🍿🍿🍿, how exciting!
First popcorn day is Friday Oct 5!
Pre-purchasing means you don’t need to worry about it for the rest of the year 🙂
If you choose not to buy a card for the year, students can buy a bag on the day for $2.
All proceeds go to our PAC and supporting our amazing school community!
Class Reps are needed for Divisions 1 (Ms. Cassie), 2 (Ms. Nielsen), 4 (Ms. Janze), 6 (Ms. Scott), 7 (Ms. Dimitropoulos), 13 (Ms. Korchinski / Ms. Broadland) ,and 15 (Ms. Adams).
Class Parent Reps are a vital part of our David Livingstone community. They communicate with families by email or in person to share information about upcoming events and activities and can act as a connection between classroom teachers and parents, especially for those parents that can't be at the school very often.
Working with teachers to share any communications will be dependent on the individual teacher but can include collection an email list of parents, forwarding emails about classroom activities or requests, and possibly assisting teachers to coordinate classroom activities. Announcements and information from the Parents Advisory Council (PAC) are usually sent once or twice per month to be forwarded to parents in the class.
If you are interested in being the class rep for the 2018-2019 year, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, child (children's names), and your child's teacher/division you would like to be the class rep for.
Fun Lunch Days are a part of the PAC’s fundraising efforts, but more importantly they are a lot of fun for the students! Parents also love having one day a week when packed lunches are not needed.
Ordering will be open by Friday September 14th, 2018. Order by Monday September 17th, for the first FUN Lunch on Tuesday September 25th.
There will be 13 FUN Lunch Days and 3 Smoothie Recesses between September 25thand December 18th2018.
The fall session includes: Fresh Slice Pizza, Subway Sandwich Meal, Pretzel Dog Meal Day, and a NEW Seasonal Selection from Bittersweet Bakery.

BBQ 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Visit your child(ren)s classroom, then connect with fellow families over a BBQ.
Order forms will be sent home September 11th.
Please return order forms and payment (cash or cheque) by Monday, September 17th.
Please make cheques out to "David Livingstone PAC"
All orders must be made in advance so we can purchase what we need and avoid waste.
Food tickets can be picked up the night of the BBQ, at the ticket table.
